Admission Preparation

Document preparation: Once you choose the college, start collecting your important documents, such as previous degrees, passports, and visas. If you are a final year student, you can request “Predicted Grades” from your current school.
October – January
Application Period Opens
Apply through Universities: Portals Help from the staff applicants to submit their applications directly through the portals of universities for master’s and doctoral programs in the earliest possible time, giving the possibility to apply for scholarships that are early bird.
Notes on Recommendation Letters: Call your teacher or employer to request strong letters of recommendation (LOR).
February – May
Evaluation & Acceptance
Accepting University Offers: Universities may give you “Conditional Offers” or “Unconditional Offers”. Advisors are available to evaluate offers with you.
Confirming Your Seat: After you have decided on a university, be sure to accept their offer and pay the university a tuition fee deposit to secure your spot.
Acquiring your CAS: After all conditions have been met and your tuition deposit has been paid, the university will provide you with your Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies (CAS). You will need this for your visa.
June – August
Visa and Finance
28 Day Rule: Your tuition fees and living funds (see bank requirement from UKVI) must have been in your bank account for at least 28 days prior to applying for your visa.
Medical: Book and attend your TB Test at an approved clinic.
Submitting your Visa: You must apply online for your student visa and attend a biometric appointment at a contact centre where you will give your fingerprints and photo.

Welcome to the University
Travel Arrangement: Book your flight ticket after receiving your visa. Before starting the course, arrive early to figure out the campus
Accommodation: Ensure you’ve confirmed the student housing prior to arriving. It could be a hall of residence at the university or a student apartment.
